CODI Type-F Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) meets the performance requirements for special frictional characteristics, transmission cleanliness, and low temperature pumpability required in the Ford Type F specification.

Type-F is formulated with high quality base oils and a special additive system designed to permit rapid power transfer during shift cycles. The special additive system also prevents wear, oil seal deterioration, excessive oxidation from high temperature operation and corrosion of copper containing alloys used in some transmissions.

The anti-wear performance of Type-F ATF has long been a desired characteristic for hydrostatic transmission performance and many hydraulic system manufacturers.

CODI Type-F ATF is recommended for use in the following applications:

¥ Ford M2C-33F or G
¥ Sundstrand Hydrostatic Transmissions
¥ Hydraulic systems as recommended by the manufacturer

Type F is NOT recommended for use where Dexron¨, Dexron¨ II, Dexron¨ III, or Chrysler
7176 Fluids are required since excessive shudder may occur.

Cold Flow: Good cold temperature flow characteristics assures ease of pumping and good shifting capabilities, even at low temperatures.

A complete material safety data sheet is available upon request. Used motor oil contains combustion by-products which may be harmful. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact. Wash clothing and exposed areas with soap and water. Don't pollute - return used oil to a collection center.
